I have decided to not include any dialogue within my short film, as I fell that I will be able to create a enchanced atmosphere from the use of a non-dialogue short film production, there are many pro's and con's from using non-dialogue, such as; 

 

Pro's

- Creates a identity for certain characters and enables the audience to conduct evidence and examine the characters and their behaviour.

- Music and soundtracks are dominant.

- Audeince ask questions and begin to think about certain aspects.

- Build up of emotions 

 

Con's

- They will give us real acting by real actors rather than a series of closeups of pretty faces and figures.
- Instead of wondering what is actually said we can now hear the exact dialogue of the actors.
- They will provide a greater choice in movie entertainment as to whether it shall be silent or spoken.

- We can actually hear what people are saying, instead of thinking about emotions and body language.
