Media technologies enabled me to create the project, without them films would not be made and thus for I wouldn't be writing this. Rather than talking about using final cut pro or a Canon DSLR to produce my film, I'm going to describe the technologies and software's that I used that are individual to my project. During the research and planning stages Prezi was used a lot to show brainstorming in a clear and easily understandable way. It allows you to present ideas in a visually pleasing way, whilst getting across the information needed. Many layouts could be chosen to add change to your work and could easily be added to my six. In my research and planning stages Prezi was used to presents film analyses. Prezi gave the advantage of it being a presentation software, allowing you to show all your information in a themed presentation. It also allowed me to add it onto my wix. Goanimate  allowed me to create a series of cartoons in all stages of this project, research, planning and evaluation. I used this to present research on social realism. This gives a different way to interact to others on our blog. I also used a tripod and a shotgun microphone, allowing the footage to be stable and with high quality sound. The camera also had auto focus, making it easier to use and the footage to be in focus at all times as well as a cannon 550D. Final Cut Pro was used to edit many films from the research and planning stages of this project. This is a development as to how I used final cut, which I developed during the editing process. This also advances how I will develop sound during editing, making it easy to detach, trim, repeat and slow down into a sequence. Adobe Illustrator was used for graphic design. I can creates logos, headers, titles, arrange layouts by grouping photos and other graphics work together. Motion was used to create our indent for our production company. This is a software to create visual motions like indents, as it allows you to create a sequence of images which are layered. This is also used by professionals in the industry making it more advanced. This is a professional level software that improved my work.
